WAIVERS

All participants are required to sign our waiver before playing our rooms.
 

Minors will need a waiver on file
signed by a guardian.

Each adult must use their own email address to sign their waiver.
If multiple waivers are signed under the same
email address, only ONE will be recorded.

*Please do not attempt to fill out and sign a waiver for any other participant than yourself and any minors you will be responsible for. If you would like to bring a minor that you are not wanting to be legally liable for, you may have their parent/guardian sign a waiver for them, even if their parent/guardian is not attending.*

Please forward waiver to all participants to have filled out before arrival.
