• If a game is listed as "Call to Book", please call us and do not attempt to walk in for a game as it is not guaranteed that the game will be available. 

• You must arrive 15 minutes before your game start time for check-in and briefing as missed game times are non-refundable. For example, if your game start time is 4:15pm, you should arrive no later than 4pm. Arriving significantly earlier than your arrival time will not guarantee starting your game early.

• There are no refunds or cancellations; all sales are final. Be sure to confirm you have the correct date and time selected. There is no guarantee your game will be able to be rescheduled if you book incorrectly. Any requests to reschedule made within two hours of your arrival time may result in a $25 rescheduling fee.

• All members of your party MUST have an online waiver signed before arriving. There is a link in the confirmation email and here that you can copy and send.

• Any participant that is under the age of 16 MUST be accompanied by an ADULT in the room with them. There are no exceptions to this policy.
